The maintenance of the premises again both from an external and internal perspective. The products purchased will be graded on several criteria including but not limited to quality, presentation and availability. The visit will also be critiqued on the service that our associates receive including speed, attentiveness and manners. CPSM - Cleanliness - Product - Service & Maintenance.
