On-site Assessment 

One of our associates will visit your salon and partake in one of the services on offer. The assessment will include the initial booking phone call as well as the on-site assessment. The entire visit will be assessed using our CPSM methodology - This refers to the Cleanliness of the premises both inside and out. The maintenance of the premises again both from an external and internal perspective. The end result of the product or service itself will be graded on several criteria including but not limited to quality and presentation. The visit will also be critiqued on the service that our associates receive from your staff including speed, attentiveness and manners.

Option 1. - Male Associate - Cost $199.00 - This will include an minimum On-site spend of $30.00
Option 2. - Female Associate - Cost $275.00 - This will include an minimum On-site spend of $100.00
