The Secret Customer ‘Speak Easy’ is where we host a focus group for a number of existing customers
(generally between 20-30 people) and bring them together to discuss the “Likes & Dislikes”, “Do and Don’ts” and their
“Future Wants & Needs” in relation to their current views on your existing service.
This is a great way to tap into your existing, loyal customer base and gain their views on your current
service levels but also probe their thoughts on ideas for the future, these are your existing customers, not a chosen demographic
profile and as such, can bring unprecedented value to the discussions.
