On-site Assessment 

One of our associates will visit your store and purchase one or more items. The visit will be assessed using our CPSM methodology - This refers to the Cleanliness of the premises both inside and out. The maintenance of the premises again both from an external and internal perspective. The products purchased will be graded on several criteria including but not limited to quality, presentation and availability. The visit will also be critiqued on the service that our associates receive including speed, attentiveness and manners. Your assessor will be sure to test the majority of your facilities and provide the appropriate feedback on the CPSM form. There are two options depending on the level of expenditure you wish the associate to make. 

CPSM - Cleanliness - Product - Service & Maintenance.

Option 1. Cost - $225.00 this includes a minimum on-site spend of $50.00
Option 2. Cost - $299.00 this includes a minimum on-site spend of $125.00
